Questions buyers ask us
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Address, licence number and a live video tour are on our Factory page.
What is your minimum order?
For printed cans it depends on the can: from 1,200 pcs on Ø99/Ø127 powder cans, 20,000 on 100ml beverage cans. See the MOQ table. Unprinted cans have no minimum.
Can I order unprinted cans first?
Yes. Any quantity, often from stock; many brands label or sleeve them and move to printing later.
Do you have FDA approval?
The FDA does not "approve" cans. Our coatings are tested to FDA 21 CFR 175.300; the test report is available on request.
Is the lining BPA-free?
BPA-NI (non-intent) lining is available on food and beverage cans. Statement provided.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
About 7 days, printed or unprinted. Sample fee by can type (RMB 1,200 powder / 5,000 beverage / 1,500 others), credited back on your order.
Production lead time?
25–30 days after approval, the same for first and repeat orders. Rush production on request.
Payment terms?
T/T, 40% deposit, 60% balance before shipment.
Do you ship to the US / Canada / UK / EU?
Yes. FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP.
How are tariffs handled?
See Import Support. We provide full documents; duties are paid by the importer.
Can you fill the cans?
No; we supply empty cans and ends and can introduce co-packers.
Does the MOQ apply to new tooling?
The table covers existing tooling. New sizes or shapes have their own minimum; ask with your drawing.
Do you make aluminium cans?
No, tinplate (steel) only.
What artwork format?
AI or PDF with outlined fonts; we return a dieline and proof.
